We are not responsible for any LOST or DELAYED parcel sent via SingPost NORMAL MAIL.
Cases of lost/delayed parcel sent via NORMAL MAIL often happen and we would like to highlight again, we are unable to track the parcel as there is no tracking number given by SingPost.
We STRONGLY recommend customers to opt for REGISTERED MAIL or Courier to avoid such unhappy situation. Should customer choose to opt for NORMAL MAIL, please do not ask for refund or resend from us.
